Jignesh Solanki

Founder & Physiotherapist

Jignesh Solanki is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with over 4 years of experience in delivering high-quality care to patients. Originally from India, Jignesh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Sardar Patel University in 2015. His journey in the field began with hands-on experience in a non-profit clinic in India, where he worked for two years before moving to Canada in 2018. In Canada, he further honed his skills by working as a physiotherapy assistant for three years before obtaining his license to practice as a Registered Physiotherapist in 2022.

Jignesh has worked across various healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home health services, providing personalized physiotherapy care for patients with diverse needs. His expertise lies in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and educating clients on maintaining and improving their physical health. His empathetic approach allows him to connect with patients and effectively guide them through their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of his professional life, Jignesh is an avid adventurer with a passion for travel and exploration. Whether it's hiking challenging terrains or embarking on road trips, he embraces every opportunity for adventure. His enthusiasm for an active and healthy lifestyle is matched by his commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals. Jignesh’s unique blend of expertise, passion for health, and adventurous spirit makes him a valuable asset to any team.

Sia Khadela

Co-Founder & Physiotherapist

Sia is a passionate physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Sardar Patel University in India in 2015 and has since dedicated her career to helping others. After gaining valuable experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic for two years, Sia relocated to Canada, where she completed her qualifying exam to practice as a physiotherapist. She also successfully completed the Canadian Healthcare System program at the University of Alberta, enhancing her understanding of patient care in Canada.


Sia specializes in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including functional dry needling, manual therapy, cupping therapy, mobilizations, soft tissue release, and Kinesio Taping. Her enthusiasm for her work drives her to assist patients with chronic pain, acute injuries, and sports-related challenges.


Believing in a holistic approach to healing, Sia focuses not only on physical recovery but also on enhancing overall well-being. Her guiding motto—“Make people smile and learn from every experience”—reflects her genuine care for her patients.


With her proactive spirit and eagerness to tackle new challenges, Sia is committed to supporting you on your journey to recovery and health! In her free time, Sia enjoys playing badminton, swimming, and diving into a
good book.

Haard Rao

Physiotherapist

Haard completed his Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Sardar Patel university from India. After Completing his bachelor’s Haard moved to Canada in 2018 for further studies. He completed his Post Diploma Graduation in Fitness and Health promotion from Durham College, Oshawa ON.

Haard Worked as a PTA in long term care in Pickering for 2 years.

He has exceptional hands-on skills like myofascial release, mobilization and knowledge in the field of Physiotherapy allowed him to obtain his license to work as a physiotherapy resident in December 2022.

​

In addition to this, Haard put his plans considering as Patient oriented goals which ultimately helps patient to become independent and pain free.

Apart from the work schedule, Haard enjoys travelling, loves to play sports specially cricket. Speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati.
